Ethan and I are first time homebuyers and Travis made the process as easy as possible for us. For first-time home buyers, it's important to do some research and make comparisons to ensure you're getting the best deal. The agent was very patient in explaining the details of the mortgage contract and was easily reachable over the phone for feedback. Although diving deep into property tax details might not have been ideal, the agent went above and beyond to help find a better solution for the mortgage interest rate.
