Tyler and his team know what they are doing and communicate that well throughout the process. I appreciate knowing that they care about my client’s as much as I do. Not only will the mortgage be ready on time for closing, but it will be the best loan product at the best price for each client’s unique financial circumstances. One thing that could have been better was not being switched to another person in the middle of the loan! It made things confusing as in she thought we were having the escrow added in to loan and we weren’t so if we weren’t paying attention we could have signed the wrong things!
