This is our second time working with Tyler and once again he knocked it out of the park! From buying our house to refinancing it later, he kept us informed during every step of the process. Tyler was a lot more down-to-earth than most finance dudes I've worked with. He was always willing to go above and beyond when we needed to delay our closing due to outside circumstances, when my wife or I forgot some important step in underwriting, or if I had any generic questions about finance. I'm VERY happy with the service provided by Tyler and the entire team at AnnieMac / EllieMae. Without a doubt, I would reach for his contact info before searching for a new person.

Tyler was very responsive and available to answer questions. He explained the process and the next steps so we always knew what to expect. The one area for improvement would be with the support staff, Lori clearly was not reading our responses based on 2nd requests for a monthly bank statement on an account that only issues statements qtrly, which was explained to her. Tyler was more attentive to the details and jumped in and we came up with an alternate report that would meet the requirement.
